Ayesha and Steph Curry were in celebration mode this past weekend as their daughter, Ryan Curry, commemorated her seventh birthday. Both celebrity parents took to Instagram with loving messages for the little one.
“Special happy birthday and Lucky #7 for my Ryan,” Steph exclaimed. “Love everything about this special girl,” the NBA star shared. “Shine bright my baby,” Steph wrote to his daughter.
Ayesha Curry also wrote a beautiful message about her daughter online. “Our baby girl is 7,” Ayesha told her social media fans. “She is compassionate, headstrong, caring, smart, beyond loving, and certainly beats to her own drum! We love our little butterfly. @stephencurry30 and I are so proud.”
Ryan Curry is Ayesha and Steph’s second-oldest child and their youngest daughter. She joined her big sister, Riley, and little brother, Canon, at the NBA championship a few weeks ago. Ryan and her siblings witnessed their father lead his team to victory as the Golden State Warriors beat the Boston Celtics for a final game score of 103-90.
“What they gonna say now,” Curry said after Game 6 convened. “[You] hear all the talk about you as a player and us as a team,” the star athlete. “Nobody outside of the Bay Area thought we would be here last October when the season started,” the basketball player shared.
“Me as a player, obviously this Finals MVP stuff and all that, knew [we were] good enough to win three championships before,” Steph told the press. “But to have the opportunity to go for a fourth [championship], and to accomplish this goal, too, God is great.”
Steph Curry was awarded the Inaugural Magic Johnson MVP Award after the Warriors won the Western Conference finals. “The new trophy is pretty cool,” Steph shared. “Especially with who it’s named after,” Curry added.
